The True Custom Apparel Timeline

On average, the timeline from design to bulk production delivery is about 120 days
Below we have broken down the various parts with associated time estimates for offshore production. Please inquire for domestic orders.
Please note that each project is unique, there are multiple factors which can alter timing such as but certainly not limited to; quantity, fabrications, factory partners, current world events, etc.
Our team will provide specific work back schedules and timelines for every project once it arrives.
Please note that typically any exact re-orders can arrive 3 to 4 weeks faster than a new project.


1. The design process
Assume two rounds of design dialog
- 7 – 10 days on average

2. Pre-production sample process
Available fabric color with lab dips
- 4 – 5 weeks
Custom fabric color for approval
- 6 – 7 weeks

3. Bulk production
Knit
- 9 – 11 weeks
- 12 – 14 weeks for orders of 5,000 units or more
Woven
- 10 – 12 weeks
- 14 – 16 weeks for orders of 5,000 units or more

4. International Freight
Ocean
- 4 weeks to Seattle, WA (or other West Coast port)
Air
- 7 – 10 days to your door (with air surcharge)

5. Domestic Ground transport
From Ocean Port to final destination
- 7 – 10 days
